Your PINNACLE VAULT is built to last. A little care keeps it looking perfect for years.
Clean with a microfiber cloth only
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe down the acrylic surface. For fingerprints or light smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water only. Never use paper towels, rough fabrics, or household cleaning sprays — these micro-scratch the surface and cause hazing over time.
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials
Never use acetone, alcohol-based cleaners, ammonia sprays, or any abrasive product on the acrylic. These permanently damage the surface clarity and void any care warranty.
Store away from direct sunlight
While the PINNACLE VAULT includes UV-protective acrylic, prolonged direct sunlight is not recommended for any display case. Position your display away from windows or in areas with indirect light to prevent yellowing over time.
The magnetic closure is strong — use it correctly
The premium magnetic closure is designed to hold firmly and open smoothly from the correct angle. Do not force the Vault open from the wrong angle — the magnets are strong and forcing it incorrectly can stress the acrylic. Ease it open from the top edge as designed.
Inserting and removing your slab
Slide your PSA slab in with gentle, even pressure. To remove, hold the Vault firmly and ease the slab out. The fit is snug by design — do not force it.
