Every PINNACLE order ships free — no minimum, no codes, no conditions — and it ships fast. We deliver with Intelcom, the same last-mile network Amazon relies on across Canada, so next-day delivery across the Québec–Ontario corridor is our standard — and most of Canada is just 1–3 business days.

Dispatch & Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Every case is quality-checked and packed in collector-grade protective packaging before it leaves our facility.

Remote and rural Canadian addresses may require an additional day. Carrier delays and weather can occasionally affect timelines — but for the vast majority of corridor orders, tomorrow means tomorrow.

It is the reason we can make next-day delivery the standard across the Québec–Ontario corridor — included free with every order. Orders to the United States ship with the best-suited carrier for your address — free and tracked, delivered in 3–5 business days.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed automatically the moment your order is dispatched — the same afternoon for orders placed before 2:00 PM ET. Intelcom tracking updates in near real-time from pickup to your door.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within one business day, check your spam folder first — then reach us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll locate your shipment immediately.

International Orders & Customs

PINNACLE ships from Canada. For orders delivered outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be assessed by the destination country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or our free shipping offer.

If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unclaimed duties, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Check your tracking link first — Intelcom updates in near real-time, and most "delays" resolve within hours. If tracking shows no movement for more than 2 business days, or your delivery window has clearly passed, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf — and if a package is confirmed lost, we replace it at no cost to you. Your order is our responsibility until it's in your hands.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship fast, which means the window to correct mistakes is short. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we will do everything possible before dispatch.

PINNACLE is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
