Our Standard
If Something Is Wrong, We Make It Right.
Every PINNACLE order is backed by a straightforward return and refund policy. We stand behind what we ship — and if your experience falls short of that standard, we will resolve it without friction.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions from there.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product — in which case we cover it entirely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a defective item or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, photograph the packaging and the item before opening further, then contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the photos.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. No return shipping required on your end.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all associated return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
