The Vault is manufactured from optical-grade acrylic — the same specification used in professional museum and gallery display systems worldwide. It delivers 99% light transmission with zero optical distortion. UV-blocking is built directly into the material during manufacturing — not applied as a surface coating — which means it performs identically on day one as it will in ten years.

Most cases on the market are designed around a price point. Materials are chosen to hit a margin target, tolerances are acceptable rather than precise, and the finish reflects that. PINNACLE starts from the opposite direction — we established what the case should be, then engineered backwards. The result is a ±0.1mm precision fit, optical-grade UV-blocking acrylic, and a rare-earth magnetic closure. That combination does not exist at any comparable price point in the hobby.

The Vault uses rare-earth neodymium magnets embedded in the case body. When you close the case, the magnets seat with precision — no fumbling, no friction tabs, no plastic clips. The closure holds firmly in all orientations and opens and closes thousands of times without degradation.

Yes. The magnets are positioned within the case frame and do not make direct contact with the slab. Standard graded card slabs — PSA, BGS, CGC — use no magnetic components and are not affected by the field strength of the neodymium magnets in the Vault. Standard trading cards carry no risk.

No. The UV-blocking protection is embedded in the acrylic itself during manufacturing — not a coating, film, or surface treatment. Surface coatings scratch, yellow, and lose effectiveness. Built-in UV protection does not. Your case provides the same shielding in year ten as on day one.

Each Vault arrives in a premium magnetic presentation box. No adapters, no foam inserts, no additional hardware needed. Open the case, place your slab inside, close it.

The Launch Edition is PINNACLE's first global product release — strictly limited to 510 individually numbered units worldwide. Each case carries a unique serial number. Once these 510 units are gone, the Launch Edition closes permanently. Future products will meet the same quality standard but will not carry the Launch Edition designation or individual numbering. If you are considering a purchase, this is the only window.

Use a soft microfiber cloth, lightly dampened with water or an optical-grade lens cleaning solution. Wipe in a single direction. Avoid paper towels, tissues, or abrasive cloths. Never use glass cleaner, ammonia-based solutions, or household sprays — these can cloud optical-grade acrylic.

Yes. The Vault is precision-engineered specifically for PSA standard slabs. Every dimension was measured from the PSA standard holder to within ±0.1mm. The fit is exact — no rattle, no movement, no adapters required.

The current Vault is optimized for the PSA standard slab profile. BGS holders use a slightly different external geometry and may not seat with the same precision. A BGS-specific case is on our product roadmap. Join our email list to be notified when it launches.

CGC holders use a different profile than PSA standard slabs and are not guaranteed to fit the current Vault. CGC compatibility is on our roadmap. Sign up for email updates to be notified when available.

The Vault is designed for standard PSA slab dimensions. Half-size, thick, and oversized holders are not compatible. Standard PSA slab dimensions: length 101.6mm × width 71.1mm × thickness 10.7mm. If your slab matches those measurements, it fits.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Domestic Canadian delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International timelines vary. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled.

A tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order is fulfilled. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll locate your shipment immediately.

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, but will do everything possible before it ships.

Check your tracking link first — carrier delays sometimes occur without triggering notifications. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it.

If your case arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost — no questions asked, no return shipping required. For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The case must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Photograph the packaging and the damage before opening further, then contact us with the photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost — without friction.

Yes. Every Vault is covered against manufacturing defects. If your case has a structural defect, clarity issue, or closure problem not caused by physical damage after delivery, contact us with photos and we will replace it. We stand behind every unit we ship.

Yes. We work with a limited number of wholesale partners who align with the brand's standard and positioning. Volume alone is not the qualifying factor.
