The short version: buy with confidence, we ship fast and stand behind every case, and we both agree to act in good faith. By accessing or purchasing from pinnaclebypro.com, you agree to the complete Terms of Service below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1 — General

This Site is operated by PINNACLE. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to PINNACLE. "You" refers to the person accessing or using the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses our store.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Site.

2 — Products & Availability

PINNACLE products are produced in limited runs. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer, discontinue products, or refine product specifications at any time.

Product images are representative. Minor variations inherent to precision manufacturing may occur and do not constitute a defect. Genuine manufacturing defects are always covered — see our Refund Policy.

3 — Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Quantity-based collection pricing is applied automatically at checkout based on the number of cases in your order. Automatic discounts cannot be combined with other product discounts; where multiple discounts could apply, the best rate wins.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price. If your payment has already been processed, you receive a full refund.

4 — Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide — including your shipping address and payment details — is accurate, complete, and yours to use. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure; we never see or store your full card number.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions, resale operations that violate quantity limits, or errors in product or pricing information. If we cancel an order after payment, you are refunded in full.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

5 — Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day, with free tracked delivery — next day across the Québec–Ontario corridor, 1–3 business days across most of Canada, and 3–5 business days in the US. 6 — Returns & Refunds

Every order is backed by a 30-day return window, free replacement of damaged or defective items, and a manufacturing defect warranty beyond the return window. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7 — Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product names, product designs, graphics, and the PINNACLE brand identity — is the exclusive property of PINNACLE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used in any form without our prior written permission. PSA is a trademark of its respective owner; PINNACLE is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any grading company.

8 — User Conduct

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful material; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; to scrape or harvest data; or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

9 — Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as Shopify for payments and Intelcom for delivery). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

10 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits the express commitments we make in our Refund Policy — including the 30-day return window and manufacturing defect warranty — or any rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.

11 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PINNACLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this Site or any products purchased through it. For clarity, PINNACLE display cases are protective accessories; we are not liable for the value, condition, or grading of any collectible stored in them.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PINNACLE and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13 — Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PINNACLE regarding your use of the Site.

14 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.

15 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the updated date noted at the top. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order.
